Our Performance Training Program was designed specifically for athletes looking to become quicker, more explosive, and dominate their sport. At T1FP, we understand that the foundations of speed training teaches athletes body control, how to generate force (power), and minimize inefficiency. A great athlete is an efficient athlete.

We developed the SPEED PERFORMANCE SYSTEM, which combines the principles of speed training with the performance requirements of every sport. Because every sport requires controlled explosive movements in space.

Learn from former Professional & Division-1 athlete, Aaron Yarbough, to improve speed, explosiveness, agility, footwork, endurance strength, & functional movement. Simply put, we train athletes to perform with speed.

For youth, high school, college, amateur, & professional athletes.

High School Group Training

DESCRIPTION: Small group training designed for athletes looking improve athletic development in a competitve group setting. Develop speed, explosiveness, and strength while competing with athletes of similar age and/or skill.

  1. Single Session: $40

  2. 4 Sessions: $120 per Month

  3. 8 Sessions: $220 per Month

  4. 12 Sessions: $300 per Month

1:1 Private Training

DESCRIPTION: Program designed for clients looking for personal instruction and position specific development.

PRICING

  1. Single Session: $50

  2. 4 Sessions: $190 per Month

  3. 8 Sessions: $370 per Month

  4. 12 Sessions: $540 per Month

Private Group

DESCRIPTION: Program designed for clients looking to train with their OWN private group of friends/teammates (4 people max). Group must train together at each session.

PRICING

  1. Single Session: $30/Person

  3. 8 Sessions: $185/Month/Person

  4. 12 Sessions: $270/Month/Person
