Rules & Information

  1. This challenge is 100% online via our website. $50 Cost.
  2. Participants must be 18 years or older.
  3. Submit initial "before" photos NO LATER THAN 3/21/2021. Photos to include front, side, & back.
  4. Submit initial body weight & measurements NO LATER THAN 3/21/2021. Measurements include weight (photo of scale), neck, waist (at navel), and hips.
  5. Weekly Workout Program will be loaded to each participant's workout calendar.
  6. Final photos, weight-in, and body measurements are to be submitted on 4/19/2021. WINNERS will be announced on 4/24/2021
  7. Like & Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter.
  8. Social media participation will be judged in determining our WINNERS. Post daily to your social media pages. Use hashtags #T1FP30dayChallenge and #the1fitness.
  9. Submit ALL photos and measurements through our secure website.
  10. Points System - Challenge Winners will be determined by the following point system:
    • 5 Points - Per pound loss during this challenge.
    • 3 Points - Per post you make on your social media. Be sure to tag us Instagram - @the1fitness or Facebook - @the1fitnessperformance to receive credit.
    • 1 Point - Every Sunday that you submit your weight, body measurements, and progress photos.
